An initial deposit of €100 must be given to secure the date of your wedding, which is subtracted from your final bill. Then the final balance should be made 21 days prior to your wedding.
If in the unlikely event we are unable to supply the exact flowers requested we will notify you to discuss alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value in the event of supply difficulties.
Delivery charges for locations 1 hours travelling distance outside of Dublin, there will be a € 100 surcharge for the delivery and set-up; this will be added to your quotation.
Elegant Flowers will accept payment in the form of Cash, Cheque, Bank Draft, and Postal Order.
All vases, Mirrored plates, Candelabras, candle holders, Aisle stands and Sundries are hired out at an agreed rate. Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement value.
All our aisle candle stands are supplied with artifical candles.
Only cancellations given fourteen days before the wedding date will be eligible for a full refund. If any purchases of sundries specific to the Wedding or Event are required and have been ordered before the cancellation limit the client is responsible for the full price of these sundries.
